Bo Lian Ho Sing – PT
When I’m not in the clinic I’m keeping active somewhere! I really enjoy trying different types of physical activity and fitness, from ballet classes to rock climbing. I’m an avid yogi and trail wanderer that’s recently taken to running. I also love live music and checking out up and coming artists of all genres.
Bo Lian graduated with an Honours BA in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario. Throughout her studies she brought dance and exercise to children and older adults alike. She then went on to complete her MSc in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland. Throughout her physiotherapy studies Bo Lian gained experience in orthopaedic, respiratory, neurological physiotherapy in private and public sectors. Since then, she has created and delivered a functional yoga anatomy course for yoga teachers in training and has co-lectured on yoga therapeutics.
Her post graduate studies have focused on the integration of her Pilates training for rehab and movement therapy while also taking a keen interest in women’s health. Bo Lian uses evidence-based practice for assessment and treatment, and strives to regularly add new tools and strategies to her toolkit.
