Golf Fitness Training Newmarket
Unlock Your Swing. Play With Confidence.
Your golf swing is a highly complex movement involving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. If your swing style doesn’t match what your body can physically do, performance suffers and injury risk rises.
At Athletify in Newmarket, our golf fitness training program is designed to bridge the gap between your body and your swing. Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) philosophy, we help you discover your personal “Body-Swing Connection.”
TPI has worked with some of the world’s best players—25 of the top 30 golfers are guided by TPI-certified professionals. That same philosophy drives our programs here at Athletify, tailored for recreational players and competitive athletes alike.
Golf fitness training is not just for pros. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, aligning your physical capabilities with your swing has major benefits.
If you want more power, better control, and fewer aches after a round, golf fitness training can transform your game.
The first step at Athletify is a Golf Performance Assessment, designed to uncover how your body moves and how it affects your swing. Here’s what to expect:
This assessment sets the foundation for an individualized plan that blends movement science with golf performance.
Golf fitness training combines strength, mobility, and biomechanics to unlock your best swing. Benefits include:
The result is a swing that feels more natural, powerful, and sustainable.
For those ready to go beyond assessment, Athletify offers the Golf Experience Package, combining assessment, training, and practice time.
This package ensures you not only understand your swing but also have the tools, coaching, and practice time to improve it.
At Athletify, our team brings a unique blend of qualifications and passion to golf fitness. We are TPI-certified physiotherapists, athletic therapists, strength coaches, and PGA of Canada professionals, all working together to help you unlock your best game.
We don’t believe in forcing a textbook swing. Instead, we help you discover the best swing for you.
